Photographing and Printing

I don’t consider a photograph finished until it is printed. Each photograph you see on these pages was printed by hand, one at a time using the photopolymer intaglio technique. It is a slow, methodical and complex method that reveals subtleties in the image unlike any other process I have come across in my 50+ years of photographing and printing. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.
